What 3LD&Co. builds into the web

From meditative breathing tools to interactive band sandboxes and playful data stories, we design interfaces that invite curiosity without overwhelming people.

Interactive worlds

Tiny universes living inside your site: portals, dioramas, and explorable scenes built with real-time graphics.

Trip’s Three-Legged Sandbox

This is 3LD&Co.’s playground: draggable tokens with gravity, bounces, and attract/repel forces. It’s a tiny physics engine, built in vanilla JS, ready to grow into your own interactive scene.

Real-time forces, simple enough to embed anywhere.
Tip: Click & drag · Flick for momentum.

Calm tech

Breathe, tap, glow — interfaces that exhale

Not everything has to be loud. 3LD&Co. builds quiet UI: breathing circles, soft particle fields, and gentle haptics you can drop into a site, app, or embedded widget.

Trip’s meditation tools started as a simple breathing circle and grew into full experiences with phases, audio cues, and chakra visuals.

Here’s a tiny version of that idea — a looping, four-phase breath pattern that keeps tempo without screaming for attention.

  • Configurable phases (inhale / holds / exhale)
  • Subtle animation tuned to “feel” right, not just tick
  • Expandable into full screens, overlays, or embeddable widgets

Imagine Trip’s voice overlay here, or a low heartbeat bass pulse tied to the cycle.

Sound engine

Trip’s Sound Garden — audio reactive particles

A particle field that listens to sound. Use your microphone or a generated test tone and watch the garden pulse, swirl, and breathe in time.

Trip’s Sound Garden turns audio into motion: particles orbit, cluster, and flare based on the frequencies and volume it hears.

This is a small engine that can live behind anything musical or meditative: a band’s landing page, a practice tool, or a soundscape for breathwork.

  • Web Audio API analyser for live frequency data
  • Canvas-based particle system tuned for “soft glow” instead of harsh bars
  • Mic input or built-in test tone so it works out of the box

Note: Your browser will ask for permission before using the mic. If you’d rather not, the test tone gives you the same visual effect without recording anything.

Idle — click a button to start sound.
Engine: Web Audio analyser + canvas particles. Ready to plug into music tools, meditations, or installations.
Who’s behind this

Ops brain meets playful chaos

3LD&Co. is anchored by Trip the muse and a human who lives at the intersection of operations, storytelling, and interactive design.

3LD&Co. (Three-Legged Dog & Company) is a small studio ethos: design with empathy, build with curiosity, and let the weirdness peek through on purpose.

We’re comfortable in production-grade tools (HTML / CSS / JS, React, Three.js) and in playful experiments that don’t even know what they are yet.
